According to the report of the Party Committee of the City People’s Committee, 6 historical urban subdivision planning projects covering an area of more than 2,700 hectares in 4 districts: Hoan Kiem, Ba Dinh, Dong Da, Hai Ba Trung, with symbols are: H1-1 (A, B, C), H1-2, H1-3 and H1-4, scale 1/2000. The planned population by 2030 with a vision to 2050 is 672,000 people.
